Our customers always know the exact status of their orders. They know when we received their orders, when our shipment left our facility, and when to expect their product. We inform them about the airway bill number and fax them a copy of the commercial invoice, which accompanies the shipment. This way they have all the information they need, and do not have to spend their time and resources monitoring the progress of their orders and requesting payment and shipping details.
